These terms explain how Make My Website projects are priced, delivered, supported and handed over.

1. Who we are

These terms apply to website services delivered under the "Make My Website" offering by Websidezone Media & Technologies Pvt. Ltd..

A one-time setup fee is payable to begin the project: ₹4,999 for Start, ₹6,999 for Grow and ₹9,999 for Sell.
Recurring plan billing begins only after you approve the launch-ready website on our staging environment, and before it is published.
Payments can be made by UPI, bank transfer (NEFT, IMPS or RTGS) or a secure payment gateway supporting debit cards, credit cards, net banking and wallets. A proper invoice is issued for every payment.
The minimum service commitment is 12 months from plan activation.

The scope of your website is confirmed in writing before work begins. Work outside that written scope is quoted separately.
Content, images, product details and business information are provided by you. Delays in providing content or approvals move the delivery date by the same amount.
Two consolidated revision rounds are included during development. A consolidated round means one complete list of changes submitted together. Additional rounds within the agreed scope are charged at ₹3,000 each.

During an active plan we provide managed hosting, SSL, WordPress core, theme and plugin updates, basic security monitoring, backups and restoration after a covered technical failure.
Support covers technical faults within the originally delivered scope and is provided by email and WhatsApp during business hours.
Domain registration and renewal, paid plugin or theme licences, payment-gateway charges and other third-party provider fees are not included unless your written scope says otherwise.

Your domain, content and brand assets belong to you from day one.
During the plan term we manage the hosting environment and retain administrator control of the managed environment so the website stays secure and supported.
Full administrator handover is provided after 24 completed monthly payments, two completed annual terms, or an agreed early buyout, on clearance of all dues.

The commercial terms that apply to your project are the ones stated in your written scope confirmation. Where this page and your written scope differ, your written scope applies.
